  22. Just my two cents worth. Using bots to cancel news postings is sort of an 
  23. internet version of the V-chip, right?.  come on, if we allow this guy to 
  24. have his bot going around canceling news postings how long do you think 
  25. it will be before someone discovers that it can be used for more than 
  26. eliminating binaries that impose a heavy burden on their news group host 
  27. disk drives.  I urge everyone to discourage this idea or at least fight 
  28. back with their own bots.  If your internet provider wont'carry the news 
  29. groups because they are too big, get yourself a new provider!
